An Amber Alert was issued by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement on Wednesday morning for a baby girl who is only 8 months old and from Broward County. The little girl’s name is not mentioned, but the authorities are seeking the public’s help in finding her.
As per official information, an 8-month-old baby named Amelia Martinez, residing in Davie was last spotted on Tuesday in the vicinity of the 4900 block of Southwest 148th Avenue in Davie.
Davie police have confirmed that on Tuesday, Amelia was taken from the Little Hands in Learning daycare center by her father, Jacob Howard, and then handed over to an unknown individual, potentially her mother, Arys Martinez. Both of Amelia’s parents have lost their parental rights, and she is currently in the custody of ChildNet. Authorities believe that Amelia maybe with her mother, Arys Martinez, and they could be traveling in an unspecified vehicle.
It has been revealed that both Amelia’s father, Jacob Howard, and her mother, Arys Martinez, have lost their rights as parents. As a result, Amelia is now under the care of ChildNet.
