Ryan Williams Joins and Then Leaves Alabama Football
In October 2022, Williams made his first commitment to Alabama while he was a sophomore in high school. But Williams dropped out of Alabama after renowned coach Nick Saban announced his retirement in January. After that, on January 24, he recommitted to the Crimson Tide after making a few visits to Texas A&M and Alabama. He had originally planned to go to Texas, but it was eventually canceled.
